At Velura, customer satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your order was lost in transit

  • You received the wrong item

Please note:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item/size, as most products are printed or fulfilled to order.


Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item hasn’t arrived within 45 days from dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate.


Proof Required

For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos or videos showing the issue when you email us at info@velura.store. This helps us speed up the resolution process.


Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.


Replacements

In most cases, we’ll offer to resend the item at no extra cost rather than issuing a refund. This helps us ensure you receive what you ordered.


International Orders

If you're ordering from outside the UK, please note that delays or import duties may apply. Unfortunately, we can’t refund orders due to customs issues or local postal delays outside our control.
